Do collectors pay to use VaultXchange for events?
No. The collector app is free. Collectors find shows by distance, see the floor map and vendor list, and check in by QR.
How do reminders work?
Collectors who mark your show as Going or Interested get a push notification the day before the show.
How do event giveaways work?
You run them in the app. Attendees are entered automatically when they check in by scanning your event QR code, which links their VaultXchange account. Only checked-in attendees can win, and winners get a push notification.
Does VaultXchange take a cut of table fees?
No. Table fees are charged to your own account when you approve a vendor, with no platform fee.
Which games can tournaments use?
Tournaments and event tags currently cover Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Digimon, Riftbound and Warhammer.
