Our story

Built behind a working counter.

VaultXchange didn't start as a pitch. It started behind our own counter, as the system we needed to run our shop. Then we connected it to the people who shop there.

The counter came first.

We own and run a card shop, High Speed Collectibles. Anyone who has worked a counter like ours knows the day. Trade-ins priced one card at a time. Store credit tracked in one place, events announced in another, inventory somewhere else again.

Every one of those jobs worked on its own. None of them talked to each other. And once a customer walked out the door, we had no real way to reach them until they came back.

We built what we needed.

So we built our own system, starting with the jobs that ate the most time: trade-ins and store credit. We used it on real customers from the start. When something slowed us down at the counter, we fixed it. Inventory, reports and staff tools came next, because the shop needed them.

Then we connected it to our customers.

The bigger problem was never inside the store. It was the gap between the store and the people who shop there. So we gave collectors their own side of the same system: their collection, their wishlist, their store credit, trade-in offers, events and tournaments, all tied to the shops they actually visit.

That's when it stopped being shop software and became a network. Shops, vendors, collectors and the shows they go to, on one platform.

What running our own shop on it looks like.

Trade-ins flow into inventory, and customers start seeing their store credit in their own app.

  3. September 2026
On iPhone and Android, and open to every shop

The collector app launches on both app stores, our first tournament runs on it, and Founding Member spots open to other shops and vendors.
