Most shop software stops at the register. It helps you ring up a sale, take in a trade or count inventory, and then the customer walks out the door. Most collector apps stop at the collection. They track cards and prices, but they don't know anything about the shop down the street.
VaultXchange connects the two. Shops and vendors run their business on it, and collectors use the same app to manage their cards and stay connected to the shops they actually buy from, sell to and visit.
One app, both sides of the counter
On the shop side, VaultXchange handles the counter and the back office: point of sale, trade-ins, inventory and market pricing, customers and store credit, purchase orders, events and tournaments, scheduling, tasks and reports.
On the collector side, it's a free app for iPhone and Android: your collection, scanned and priced, your wishlist, your store credit at each shop you use, and the events and shows near you.
What happens when both sides are connected
- Buy. A collector adds a card to their wishlist. When a shop they're connected to has that card in its VaultXchange inventory, they can get a push notification saying so.
- Sell. A collector who already does business with a shop can pick cards from their collection, see the shop's estimated offer and bring the cards in. The shop inspects them, and if a condition changes the offer, the collector approves the new amount in the app before payout.
- Engage. Shops post events and tournaments, and can send reviewed broadcasts to their customers and followers. Collectors see what's happening at the shops they follow.
Following a shop doesn't make someone a customer. Selling to a shop is only open to collectors who already have an account there.
You don't have to replace everything
A shop can choose the tools its workspace shows. If you already use Square, VaultXchange's point of sale works with your own Square account and hardware. Your price doesn't change based on which tools you use.
Built for more than the biggest games
VaultXchange prices 50+ card games, plus comics and video games, so it fits stores whose shelves go beyond a couple of TCGs.
